Tabebuia serratifolia
Ipe is native to Central and South America, and tends to display a green-brown or grey-brown coloration, with interlocked grain and fine texture. It is sometimes used as an alternative to Teak. Although the veneer of these two species are different in color, Ipe has great durability like Teak but is more cost effective.
